*Export Operations/Customer Service*Helping shippers/exporters move their goods to Far-east Asia, occasionally to Australia, Japan, Korea and Thailand*Make Bookings with different International airlines (Mostly with Eva Air, China Cargo Airline and China Airline) *Make Bookings with different International shipping companies (Examples: Cosco, Hanjin, YangMing, and various Co-loaders)*Bill of Ladings Issuance to oversea agents/offices; Debit note/Credit note Issuance to oversea agents/offices*Daily Job file creation/Data Entry*Arrange/Schedule of pickups & deliveries with various truckers all over the U.S for different shippers/exporters; Track and Trace of these pickups & deliveries. *Monitor shipments to meet carrier’s and co-loader’s warehouse and document cut off’s. *High volume Emails and Telephone correspondence with Shippers, truckers, shipping companies, co-loaders*Ensure all the necessary and accurate paperwork are collected from the shippers/exporters and forward them to oversea agents/offices (Example: Commercial invoice, Packing list of the shipment)*File of Export Declaration with US Customs thru AESdirect.gov

• Coordinates and handles Oakland, CA, export of waste paper to various parts of Asia (Examples: Chongqing, Qingdao, Jiangyin, etc) • Making bookings with various carriers (Examples: Cosco, YangMing, Evergreen, China Shipping, etc)• Keep track of shipments and contracts, ensure all bookings are fulfilled, and suppliers orders are finished before deadlines• Resolve booking issues (Example: the cargo cut off is not workable, late gate approval for outstanding containers, etc)• Provide customer services to vendors through the marketing team to ensure vendors receives the most current and accurate update on their requests• High volume emails and telephone correspondence with closing team to ensure all paperwork and documentation are submitted on time to prevent any delay of the cargo• Accurately update the closing team in regards to any cargo or vessel delay• Work with Logistics team on different cost options to move the cargo.
