Solely responsible for manufacturing and production of over 250 products, inventory management, daily shipping & receiving operations, and quality control. Managed and maintained strong social media brand presence across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter. Various administrative tasks include billing using Quickbooks software, data entry, inbound and outbound sales, customer service, and order entry.

Responsibilities include management of the Flight Academy staff and supervision of day-to-day operations. Administrative tasks performed include billing using Quickbooks software, data entry, customer service, aerial tour bookings, sales, inventory management, and clientele scheduling using flight scheduling software. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, upkeep of aircraft maintenance and PSI test proctoring for FAA written exams.

Responsibilities include management of the Marine technician staff and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the FPS New Orleans location. Over 300 ship calls are handled annually at the facility. Performed administrative tasks including monthly tracking and billing using ACCPAC software, data entry, maintained compliance of service instruments, sales, customer service, inventory management, and completed audits for all marine service certifications. Also assisted with Human Resources as needed.
