Help's develop and maintain the strategy and brand guidelines and ensures that other employees in the creative department work to support these goals. Leading a team of designers the design manager is in charge of directing the creative efforts of the marketing department and company.Responsibilities• Responsible for managing design services and functions for all marketing channels both offline and online;• Maintain the visual design standards and brand guidelines for corporate FGL Sports brand as well as the banner brands for both offline and online;• Oversee all creative and design elements across all channels including print, digital, online, social, visual and store POP;• Contribute creative solutions and innovations that strengthen the brand;• Manage design workflow, processes and project management establishing priorities and meeting deadlines;• Responsible for coordinating and budget planning for photo shoots working with external agencies and managing photography and video production teams and functions;• Maintain logo and brand standards;• Partner with external agencies to develop and execute design and creative services;• Provide creative and design support to all marketing areas and other functional groups building alignment and collaboration as experts in marketing design;• Participate in marketing related special projects and new initiatives.
