Oversee and manage production projects to support brand marketing strategy and initiatives.• Collaborate with, and provide recommendations to brand teams and/or agencies, as primary point of contact for coordination of global TV and Digital shoot production needs, to ensure project completion on time and within guidelines, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand strategy to ensure accurate fulfillment of special requests, and work closely with wholesalers, internal, and external groups to secure product, packaging, branded items, vehicles etc. to support shoots. • Coordinate details with international logistics group to support production needs in foreign countries.• Manage national, cable, and local TV rotation allocations on a monthly basis as liaison between brand teams and traffic department; update charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint for presentation and review by senior management.• Lead and manage Vehicle Identification Program (VIP) projects from start to finish to ensure that A-B brands are professionally represented nationally with the latest approved graphics in alignment with brand strategies and guidelines.• Provide a high level of support to 650+ wholesalers with a national fleet of 13,800+ vehicles to supply updated graphics and vehicle wraps, handle special requests, communicate brand refresh initiatives, answer questions, and resolve issues.• Manage production, and maintain inventory of approved truck graphics for the Budweiser, Bud Light, Budweiser Select, Michelob ULTRA, Busch, Shock Top, Stella Artois, Land Shark, Beck’s, Goose Island family and Montejo brands.• Present and lead the monthly Advertising Production Performance Review meetings with brand teams; produce PowerPoint presentations, update budget sheets, flowcharts, topics of discussion, TV rotation pages, and content media plan.
