-Handling 250 offshore companies with jurisdiction of BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Mauritius etc and Singapore local Companies-Advise client on the structure for setting up or changes of the companies and selling new products of the company-Liaising with Singapore Manpowers for Employment Pass/Dependent Pass, Health Promotion Board for Vaccination Verification application etc-Assist in case to case basis for clients and working close with Bankers, Lawyers, Registered Agent-Drafting of resolution/agreements for new products/transactions-Filing of Registers/changes with the Registry on timely basis-Review work and emails for the executives

• Handling more than 110 portfolios individually for international clients on Local companies, Singapore Branch & LLP• Attend meeting with clients on incorporation of companies, allotment of shares, share transfers, change of director etc.• Advise & reply on client's queries with timely manners• Updating all the registers • Lodgement on share transfer and e-stamping with IRAS• Email reminder & follow up on the AGM & AR based on different financial year end• Assist client to register Corp Pass• Ensure that all emails & work will be done in timely basis. • Liaise with auditors on the statutory review • Prepare striking off documents • Prepare Board resolutions / Minutes• Biz filing

- Holding 30 over portfolios for local company - Liaise with client on all the transactions- Assist three senior managers on certified true copy, prepare board resolution etc.- Guiding assistant on all the corporate field works- Client due diligence on all the new incorporation- Prepare AGM documents, lodgement of annual return - Prepare board resolutions -Attend Listed company meeting- Prepare meeting booklet for Board meeting of listed co.- Lodge semi-annual return, submit announcement
