I am interested in creating symbiotic cultures that support values based organizations and communities. I work with leadership teams in organizations that live their core values, realize the importance of their people (relationships), and are intentionally developmental.There is a complexity in creating unity in an environment that makes room for differing thoughts, feelings and beliefs. At Leap 2 Learn we focus on: building relationships that matter; how seeing things differently than others is a gift - "The Joy of Conflict"; and through the "Power of Play", allowing people to recognize and change what's not working! My life has always been a series of adventures, some small, some epic. I want people to discover, explore and then go beyond their perceived edges; to say YES to the unique and exciting experiences that show up in their life, especially the ones that scare them.At first, I had no idea I was creating my adult self, but all through my childhood I seemed to be the one who was bold and confident and caring, and it got me into all kinds of trouble. When I started to really pay attention, and take an interest in human growth and development, I realized that every one of those adventures has taught me something. It turns out that I am the kind of person who takes risks and walks through those open doors into the unknown - for the experience, for the learning, for the opportunity to grow.
