Serving others is my passion! I feel the most satisfaction when I end the day knowing I had made some else's day better. Whether doing administrative tasks, helping develop company culture, or caring for internal and external customers I strive to love and serve all. My greatest strength is to be able to read non-verbal clues to know how to serve those around me. As an Executive Assistant, it is important to know when the people you serve need extra time between meetings, lunch brought in, or a project done quickly. I am highly empathetic which brings balance and a good sounding board to task-focused leaders. My skill set brings a variety of necessary administrative tasks, leading a team with relational leadership, and collaborating with leadership to develop company culture.
