  As the lead copy editor at Surterre Properties, I personally manage thousands of internal and external communications ranging from marketing orders and company training materials to reports and property listings — and everything in between.• Copy Editing: I personally copy edit all marketing orders, blogs, brokerage social content, and any other asset that runs through our internal quality control process• Copywriting: In addition to writing industry standard material such as hundreds of property descriptions, agent bios, real estate content, and more, I also work directly with the CMO to craft organizational documents for use both internally and for our 280+ agent clients• Storyboarding: I work directly with our marketing and communications manager to create and storyboard custom content for the brokerage and our agent clients to ensure messaging is both impactful and follows marketing best practices while also maintaining regulatory compliance with MLS, DRE, etc.• Project Management: I manage all short-, medium-, and long-term copy projects with the executive team as well as third-party contractors to make sure all deadlines are met• Quality Control: I ensure that all content follows copy best practices (spelling, grammar, etc.), marketing best practices (CTAs, messaging objectives, audience identification, etc.), as well as medium-specific best practices (email, social media, mailers, etc.)
