• Oversee Collections Implementations team, who manage all new Concierge client accounts – specific to collection efforts for a period of 3-6 months• Maintain and deliver SOPs associated with the Billing and Collections processes to service the Concierge clients• Oversee additional assigned client accounts, managed by an onsite analyst responsible for maintaining collection efforts working alongside multiple offshore teams•Perform frequent A/R analysis on all clients assigned in order to identify ongoing trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in collection efforts• Coordinate with Client Success managers to conduct follow up communication and feedback for the client on opportunities to improve collection metrics, monitor ongoing progress and recommend preventative measures and directives• Coach and develop analysts to direct offshore teams and assist on effective and creative approaches to account receivable resolution, in order to achieve department goals
