- Leading & concepting the project of K-Eauty and Menantea collaboration resulting in a launch of new product variant at Menantea (Berry Punch Collagen Booster & Summer Bliss Collagen Booster) & 112 BTL instore activation at Menantea’s outlet all around Indonesia.- Leading & concepting BTL activation for K-Eauty at Lotte Mall Jakarta, which includes of meet & greet with Livy Renata & Waseda Boys, new product launch of K-Eauty Orange, & Korean Dance Competition resulting in 3000 product sampling, with more than 50 million views on all social media platform combined- Created, concepting & executed campaign for Newlab Collagen Drink, with the collaboration of KOL : Mayang, Fuji, & dr. RIchard Lee, resulting in more than 100 million views on all social media platform combined & MURI record achievement as the fastest selling collagen drink in the world.- Created and executed yearly marketing plan for K-Eauty Collagen Drink outperforming the monthly target by 270%, through new key communication message, KOL strategy, new affiliate program strategy, social media-based activation, brand ambassador activation (Livy Renata), NPL strategy and strategic promotion.- Executed the relaunch project of Newlab (was Beaudelab) by introducing new branding, and new concept & upgrade in product benefit.- Coordinated an affiliate program with Louisse Scarlett Family (no. 1 TikTok affiliator in Indonesia) resulting in GMV of 1 billiion rupiah within 3 hours TikTok live sales and long term partnership resulting in avg. 182% monthly sales increase.

- Executed a new product launch, Inglot Medina Collection - Natural Origin Series, by coordinating a press conference event & product display at 6 retail stores. - Operated the day to day retail business management by executing beauty advisor training, stock opname, and delivery order as well as liaise with several department stores managers.- Organized monthly promo packages for both Inglot retail & e-commerce resulting in 13% increase in average basket size.
