In my role as President of Cornett, I am responsible for the leadership and management of our award-winning creative marketing agency. I head the agency vision team, share responsibility for the agency growth and management with a dynamic executive team, approve all agency hires and work hard to ensure every person lives our mission: To love the challenge, dig deeper and do right by our brands. My role is also focused on establishing and protecting the marketing strategy for all brands we represent. I ensure Cornett delivers the business results our clients demand. In my time as agency president, Cornett has been recognized with numerous awards for our creative product and received national and even international press for our work with incredible brands like Buffalo Trace Bourbon, A&W Restaurants, the University of Kentucky, VisitLEX, Valvoline, Keeneland, Tempur-Sealy and more. But perhaps our greatest accomplishment is an average client relationship of over 15 years.

While I am blessed with an incredible team of creative and brilliant strategists, planners, designers and developers, I have developed go-to-market strategies encompassing everything from channel marketing through the supply chain to engaging social media content for an all-star roster of brands. I have lead CORNETT's relationship with the Sazerac family of bourbons (Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, 1792 Bourbon), Wheatley Vodka, the Temper-Sealy family of mattresses (Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster), Valvoline, Keeneland, VisitLex, A&W Restaurants and more.

I have really enjoyed being a mentor for the Effies Bootcamp. With a curriculum rooted in Effie's framework for marketing effectiveness, the Marketing Effectiveness Bootcamp equips marketers with the fundamentals of achieving effective marketing. Mentors meet one-on-one with Bootcamp participants to support their successful completion of the program and professional development.

Helped bring Creative Mornings to Lexington. It is a free, monthly breakfast lecture series for creative types. The Lexington Chapter has over 800 community members. Responsible for organizing events and fundraising.Our local mission is to put Lexington creatives on the global map. Each month specializes in Creativity, Connectivity, Collaboration, Event Management, Arts Management, Creative Entrepreneurship.
