• Full ownership of technical & accounts health checks for Indonesian Properties including troubleshooting issues to ensure products are fully functional and assess customer satisfaction.
• Provide Training and consultative feedback for Properties to maximise products benefits.
• Designed & deliver SiteMinder Workshop in Bali, Indonesia with 64 attendees over 2 days to maintain relationship with existing portfolio of VIPs/Groups and Independent Hoteliers by providing face-to-face interaction.
