Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is a combat sports promoter and media content distributor. • Responsible for vetting, managing, and hiring vendors and staff who run VOD and live stream workflows on all consumer devices and platforms, including FAST channels. • Hired vendors and managed development of CMSs for websites that run three lines of digital businesses, including analytics systems. • Hired, trained, and manage two full-time remote staff who run day-to-day internal and external media distribution, manage library archive, live streaming, customer service, email marketing, customer notification technologies, and many other systems.• Advise COO on IT issues and staff training. Advise CMO and CRO on technology decisions/integration and uses of customer data. Educational Productions produced award-winning, documentary-style continuing education training videos for teachers and parents of young children. • My love of storytelling, combined with a keen interest in technology, led me to push the company to move from tape-based distribution to CDs, and then, in 1994, to the Internet. I built one of the first 500 commercial websites. • Led the company to move video production forward to the latest technology of offline edit systems, built a shared network of edit stations, and expanded our website with new technology-based curriculum concepts. • Over twelve years, our efforts grew the company to more than 30 women working full-time to produce and distribute multiple-award-winning, video-based curriculum training films. The company and its content library were successfully sold in the early 2000s.
