Upon graduation, the department invited Christy to become their newest junior auditor. It would not be long before Christy ascended the ranks of the Treasury Department to become a part of the Department of Homeland Security, where she served under the direction of The Office of Inspector General. She later joined the ranks of a Houston-based tax consulting Firm as financial analyst, where she helped clients achieve the peace and financial freedom afforded by tax relief. While enjoying a very successful career, she continuously sought ways to foster her dynamic entrepreneurial spirit. Christy’s vision and innovation culminated in the creation of a series of business ventures: GetLaunched!, MillionHeirs in the Making, and CLS. GetLaunched!, a business coaching firm, equips entrepreneurs and small business owners with the knowledge and resources necessary to launch, grow, or expand business ventures. MillionHeirs in the Making is a network combining the efforts of young entrepreneurs pursuing various business ventures that are still in the start-up or growth phase. The purpose of the group is to ease the burden of starting and maintaining a successful business by providing motivation, education, and peer support. CLS presents Christy with the opportunity to share her dynamic insight with others. As a professional speaker, she emphasizes the importance of individuals standing up for their passions, standing strong to endure and standing out to lead.Christy Staples is the epitome of servant leaders, as exemplified through her service to others, which expands far beyond the walls of her home church, the Fountain of Praise in Houston, TX.
