• I oversee and build relationships with 100-150 graduates in the Medical Insurance Billing and Coding field all over the United States • I help coach the graduates with: resume writing, preparing them for interviews, professional dress, salary negotiations, and to help improve their overall job search skills. • I partner with an Employer Developer to help assist with marketing the graduates to employers all over the United States. Together our goal is to maintain a placement rate of at least 80% and always 100% graduate satisfaction.

I hired employees to work in an inbound commercial insurance call center. I handled weekly payroll for 50+ employees. I did weekly one on ones with my employees and also delivered all action plans, write ups or any terminations as necessary.

Duties: Posted job opening ads, Interviewed potential employees, Inputted Payroll and printed checks, ran background checks & drug tested employees, placed employees on jobs, reference checks, job site visits and evaluations, full safety orientations as well as handled all aspects of new hire packets and applications which included the I-9 & W-4 forms and kept employee files and confidential files. I also did cold calls and outside sales trying to get new clients. I worked with work comp approvals, comp-line, and I wrote proposals and maintained client files. I also sent out invoices and handled all aging reports.

Duties: Recruiting, outside sales, phone sales, data entry, answering phones, interviewing employees, drug testing, background testing, payroll, processing applications, compiling client files, hiring & firing of employees, job site visits and evaluations, and building up clientele. Traveled to New Orleans to help recruit workers to take a Hazwopp class to clean up the oil spill. Supervised 90+ employees and handled transportation, per diem and hotel arrangements
