Designed, developed and managed data warehouse. Provide valuable information to Business Analysts, Marketing and Finance departments using Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS).

Created database design and documentation for various projects, reviewed proposed designs by software developers, and provide guidance to the business with database best practices. Key projects: Migrated data and its complex rules of Westnet’s reseller system to iiNet’s reseller system shortly after the two companies merged. This was achieved by systematically planned the migration and work closely with an expert from iiNet’s reseller system. This critical migration was completed successfully and appreciated by the business, as reseller was one of the major contributors to the company’s growth.

Responsible for Microsoft SQL Server-based Platypus Billing System and Wombat Ticketing System by administering staff access, processing monthly billings, generating end-of-month revenue reports, and fine-tuning and enhancing database system performances. Key projects: • Set up a secure payment system to bring Westnet's payment process to comply with PCI standards, increasing security and reducing batch payment processing time. • Investigated and created a test set-up for a ticketing system that was considered to be purchased at the time. This leads to my involvement in the setup and installation of the system, with result of successful use of the ticketing system for the company, increasing communication effectiveness with our customers.

Technical Support at Westnet is where my passion for great customer service started. It allowed me to enhance my problem solving and communication skills. Responsibilities taken were solving customers’ technical issues as effective and efficiently as possible with my friendly nature, keeping up with Westnet’s excellent customer service standard.
