I handle a broad array of labor and employment matters, including counseling, drafting policies and agreements, and litigation.Some of the matters with respect to which I provide counsel include: background checks, application forms, disability accommodation, employee leave requests, wage-and-hour compliance, employment policies, affirmative action programs, sensitive employee terminations, executive terminations and reductions in force. I conduct comprehensive employment law compliance audits, provide workplace trainings, and draft employment contracts, arbitration agreements and restrictive covenants.I also advise on labor and employment matters arising out of complex corporate transactions. My experience includes conducting due diligence, coordinating local counsel outside the U.S., drafting and negotiating agreements with respect to transactions, including employment agreements, severance agreements, and transitional services agreements.
