Current- Act as the business owner and responsible for the revenue of online marketplace.
- Perform market research and explore new business opportunity
- Manage product life cycle and lead platform development projects include product design, requirement preparation, UAT, go-to-market plan and post-launch enhancement
- Drive marketing initiatives, implement and monitor KPIs in different channels (eDM, SEM, SEO, display, social media)
- Analysis user data, formulate marketing and CRM program for new user recruitment, usage similation, retention and reactivation
- Work with finance on budgetting, forecasting and develop pricing strategies
