About Christy Rager

I am a motivated and driven person. I enjoy working with the mechanical and structural trades, and in the last 10 years have focused my career on project and construction managementI am a female who was driven to grow my career in the mechanical and structural trades. In the 1980's and 1990's, when entering the trades as a female required a motivation and tenacity beyond the norm. I am a mother of 2, and while raising my family and coordinating family life I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of MD UMUC evening program; while also completing a multi-trade building maintenance apprenticeship program with a 4.0 GPA..
