The Stated Clerk (SC) is an officer of the presbytery, as required by the PCUSA Book of Order, with judicial and ecclesiastical/administrative duties. The SC is responsible for recording and maintaining records of all Presbytery transactions, preserving records, keeping rolls of membership and attendance, implementation of pertinent governing body decisions, and functions specified in the Presbytery Administrative Manual.

Responsible for refurbishing, repair, and onsite retailing supporting others with in-house technical solutions and contributing to the leadership team.

Resolving to client's satisfaction and my own technological issues in hardware, software, and operating systems. Finding solutions using experience and research, with consultation online and in person. Shipping and receiving of parts and products, calling clients with updates and possible solutions, meeting with clients to diagnostic problems and demonstrate solutions.

Head of staff pastor to a mature congregation in a diverse and struggling community. Working with an independent 5 day/12 hour day care and preschool, a 5 day a week food pantry, a vibrant African-American church all in our buildings, providing a traditional and video intensive contemporary service on Sunday, special worship services on Christmas Eve and Day, Ash Wednesday, Easter Sunrise and others. Cooperation and hosting community and ecumenical events in house, in a community park and in our buildings.

Lead program lunch meetings and board meetings, service as President and on board of the Foundation charity of the club, planned fund raisers and membership events, worked with city and community groups such as Boy Scouts on service projects. Welcomed speakers and presenters to meetings.
