• Calculating the annual composite rates (payroll taxes, benefits and insurance) applied to labor for the US and Canadian segments of business to ensure accuracy and consistency estimating jobs, charging jobs, and billing owners in compliance with government regulations.• Developed process and reports to track components of composite rates monthly in order to proactively identify trends and issues.• Partnering with all levels of the estimating and field divisions for in depth analysis, trouble shooting and explanation of individual job cost reports for composite rates and the G&A rates.• Teaching G&A (General and Administrative) Rate class at Kiewit University as part of Field Supervisory School.
