Responsible for implementation of applications for municipal consultation. NPS (Net Promoter Score) is an instrument to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. Within KPN I led a project in which I, as an ambassador of NPS, promoted importance of NPS to my colleagues and acquaintances. The goal was to introduce NPS as a marketing strategy for customer contact, to increase customer satisfaction and ultimately to acquire improvement from customer feedback.

The Botanical gardens at the heart of the Zuidas threatens to disappear due to building plans of the neighboring hospital. I designed a 3D virtual tour through the gardens to emphasize the importance to the local community and its scientific value for researchers.

Goal of the event:Students from developing countries do not have the same opportunities as Erasmus students since there’s no scholarship for these people. The Saidia Student Foundation is a charity organization that seeks to help students from partner universities in developing countries to study at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen for one semester. All the money collected from the event was donated to the Saidia Student Foundation.
