Covered the Detroit Tigers or road team as a freelancer periodically from 2012-16, writing pregame notes and game stories. Did the same with the Texas Rangers in 2017.During the 2011 season, covered the Tigers alongside a beat reporter. Wrote pregame notes, injury updates, immediate gamers, full gamers and features and took Flip video, highlighted by covering the 2011 ALDS and ALCS.Also wrote league previews and often individually covered the Tigers or the road team as a lone beat reporter.
