Maintain our companies account with Herman Miller. This involves ordering and stocking in each facility along with keeping stock coming into our local warehouse.

Responsible for all daily activity of 20+ technicians. Recruit and hire 5-10 new technicians in a one-year period. Set-up and conduct 4 weeks of training for all new technicians. Receive work orders each morning, analyze urgency and location and route work orders to all scheduled technicians. Conduct daily morning meeting with technicians to promote safety and a team atmosphere. Answer technician's questions and assist with field work as needed.Responsible for all equipment and supplies. Order and pick up supplies weekly to put into local inventory. Order and pick up equipment on a daily basis needed for technicians' scheduled jobs. Maintain local inventory of equipment which is audited weekly by customer. Implement a daily audit of equipment with technicians to ensure accurate reporting to customer. Responsible for maintaining a fleet of 20+ vehicles. Perform weekly inspection on vehicles to reduce cost of repairs. Schedule routine and major repairs through local repair shop. Responsible for customer complaints and/or damages. Implemented post-installation customer call process to ensure job was performed to customer's expectations. Ensure all concerns or damages reported by customer are handled promptly and thoroughly until customer is completely satisfied.

• Oversight of 15 offices in western/central Michigan. Responsible for team of one field operation manager, eight field supervisors, two administrative professionals, and 150+ field technicians. Responsible for inventory and equipment of 6 warehouses.• Excelled in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions, systems, and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the bottom line.
