As part of the International Logistics team, I worked to streamline our export processes. My team worked to identify inefficiencies in our business to make improvements that directly influence our ability to service our customers.Some of the work I have done is:- Oversee an automated order entry process, reducing the processing time by 66%- Improve reporting metrics to create new business insights and better visibility of shipments- Highlight team performance and quantify processing times to identify improvement opportunities and market problems

I worked on the Domestic Logistics team and was responsible for building a model to calculate Ecolab’s third party transportation carbon emissions. This model will be used to create a baseline of Ecolab’s emissions and find opportunities for improvement based on trends over time.

I worked as a project lead for capital projects of up to $100,000 to increase safety at their Nalco Water chemical plant in Ellwood City. I was also a member of a TPM team looking to increase efficiency at the plant. I gained great experience working and leading meetings with plant leaders, plant operators, and various contractors.
