Supervise a team of Recruiters and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual (performance evaluations) metrics to team in individual performance meetings and team meetings. Provide one-on-one training as well as participate in formal training sessions with the Director of Recruiting with new Recruiters. Assess current company tools (i.e. weekly activity report, interview forms, reference checks, etc.) to determine efficiency and suggest ways for the team to improve. Attend weekly and other regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss activities, accomplishments and critical issues. Provide daily and/or weekly reports to Director, Recruiting Operations summarizing activities and accomplishments. Networking activities (references, referrals, professional associations, etc.). Market highly qualified candidates to prospects (exploratory submissions).Recruit candidates for opportunities in the Clinical Trials Industry, matching skill sets of candidates to those specifications set by clients.
