Current- Managerial, administrative, financial, commercial, educational, cultural, legal, human & technical management: motivate, develop and federate all teams.- In charge of the proper application of the management contract and implementation of the financial, material and human resources in order to achieve the objectives- Participation in the definition of cultural program and communication strategy- In charge of establishing partnerships in accordance with the cultural policy of the Pass (programs, projects and actions of the ministries, universities, companies and Belgian & European institutions which make sense and are linked to the project)- Regular reporting of all matters to the board of directors, shareholders, the relevant ministry and the institutions concerned; control by implementing and improving all dashboards and management tools by activities- Responsible of the proper compliance with legal constraints and public procurement legislation- Development and coordination of the institutional strategy- In charge of the Marketing Department: conceive, plan, supervise marketing and communication plans, on & offline, in order to generate visibility for the site and increase visitor numbersComplete rebranding for the 20 years of the PASS: new name, logo, identity, ensuring relevance and smooth running- Support and supervision of operational directors- External representation
