Also, personally received a Navy Commendation Medal for these efforts.

Received two Navy Achievement Medals for these efforts.● As the Communications Officer and Assistant Operations Officer, ensured the successful completion of numerous pre-deployment readiness and reactor safeguards external inspections through complex and extensive operational planning, while managing a division of 8-10 communication electronics technicians, contributing to the ship receiving the submarine squadron’s 2009 Battle Efficiency, Engineering, and Navigation awards. Also, personally received a Navy Achievement Medal for these efforts.● Built and maintained the ship’s Occupational Safety and Health program, including training over 150 submarine personnel in good safety practices and procedures
