We will build and operate the second largest Hydrocarbon Storage Terminal in Central Mexico. The Terminal will store 100 thousand cubic meters of gasoline and diesel, increasing Mexico´s strategic hydrocarbon reserves and satisfying approximately 25% of the demand in Mexico City.Duties•Accountable for HSE, Financial, Time and Quality performance of the Project with a CAPEX of 80M UsD.•Responsible for project execution through an EPC contractor (lump sum and open book separable portions).•Leading two teams, based in Mexico and Spain (PMC office, Engineering team, Finance and Contracts)•Negotiation with Federal, State and Council authorities to obtain permits and licences.•Currently working on Early Contractor Involvement phase and Project Start-upAchievements•Steered my team and the EPC team to achieve 70% progress in Detail Design, before suspending works due to delays to obtain the construction licence. I continue to negotiate a solution with the local Council.•Initiated and implemented project controls processes to accurately monitor schedule, cost and progress using Earned Value Management.•Led the team to re-evaluate the CAPEX Budget to a class 3 estimate, identifying items that were not originally estimated. The Board of Directors was informed of an under-estimation of the original CAPEX of approximately 17%. •Implemented Change Control processes that identified changes to Design that could have an impact of approximately 7% of the original CAPEX.

Orpic Logistics Company (OLC) is a JV between Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries (Orpic) and the Spanish firm Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos (CLH) building a two-way multi-product pipeline and storage facilities, the first of its kind constructed in Oman. The new pipeline network will eliminate the need for Orpic to ship and truck refined products.***Contracted by Dominion to work for the MSPP/Orpic Project***Duties• Responsible for the operational management of planning and project controls of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of Jifnain Tank Terminal (Greenfield), Muscat and Sohar Refineries upgrade (Brownfield), Airport Tank Terminal (Greenfield) and 290 km of pipeline (18” and 10”).Achievements• Initiated and implemented a redesign of the 220km pipeline installation strategy. The redesign resulted in reprioritizing the pipeline crew deployment and sequencing of tunnelling teams, resulting in the successful recovery of a 6-month delay in the pipeline’s mechanical completion.• Directed the execution plan to increase productivity in process piping installation (43,000 inches various diameters) and implemented various improvement initiatives including re-structuring piping crew manning, assigning work by sub-areas, re-designing piping pre-fabrication sequences, resulting in significant productivity improvement of 27% , contained further productivity delays, allowing start-up of the main terminal with only a 2-month delay.• Designed, developed and implemented a decision-making process based on risk assessment, delivering risk simulations in real time allowing the Project Management Team (PMT) to modify its start-up strategy of both facilities and pipelines, resulting in less exposure to liquidating damages of circa $18m by starting up the hydrocarbon facilities in stages, allowing the National Refinery Company to produce revenues earlier and exposing the EPC contractor to a reduced risk of liquidate damages.

The Clough AMEC joint venture has been awarded an AU$70 million front end engineering design (FEED) contract for Arrow Energy’s Bowen Gas Project in Central Queensland.Duties• Responsible for the development and delivery of the Level 3 EPCM Execution Schedule used by Arrow Energy (a Shell company) to obtain Final Investment Decision.Achievements• In conjunction with Construction and Procurement, optimized the Gas Gathering construction plan for 678 gas wells by involving the Client’s capability to self-perform early construction of gas well pads and deploying 2 well-pad construction work fronts. The result was to shorten the project duration and produce first revenue one (1) year ahead of schedule.• Through the interpretation of engineering and procurement packages was able to develop different levels of detail/completeness, enabling the EPCM execution schedule to reach a Class 3 status (in accordance with ACEE Recommended Practice), with an impressive +15/-10% level of confidence.• Successfully built a complete EPCM Execution Schedule from scratch applying Industry-accepted productivity and 1st principle estimating resulting in a detailed plan worth $2bn AUD and 4.5 million Direct Labour hours on behalf of Arrow.

Carmichael Project: Bankable Feasibility StudyDuties• Project Controls Manager for the consultancy team developing the Mine, Rail and Port Bankable Feasibility Studies with an estimated Capex of $9bn• Managed and supervised the team responsible for level-3 EPC schedules, basis of schedule and schedule risk analysis to be part of the Feasibility Studies;• Translated FEED scope into a resource-loaded Level 3 EPCM schedule for the Carmichael Mine, compliant with Recommended Practice 38R-06 from the ACEE International: underground mine, open cut mine, minerals processing plant, airport (FIFO staff) and support infrastructure.• Authored and delivered the Basis of Schedule and Critical Path narratives.• Produced resource requirements satisfying the 7.1 million direct hours required to execute the project. • Customized level 3 EPCM Execution Schedule with Adani’s requirements including but not limited to WBS, OBS, Work Packages, Activity Coding and Equipment catalogues. • Provided accurate and timely input to risk modelling (summary schedule for Primavera Risk Analysis) and resource loading to estimating modelling.• Integrated three EPCM schedules Mine Construction (Personally developed), Railroad (Worley Parsons) and Port (Calibre) into an integrated Master Schedule, a final deliverable for the Bankable Feasibility Study.Achievements• Through the interpretation of engineering and procurement packages was able to develop different levels of detail/completeness, enabling the Mine EPCM execution schedule to reach a Class 3 status (in accordance with ACEE Recommended Practice), with an impressive +15/-10% level of confidence.• Initiated the design, development delivery of a fully functioning and complete EPCM Master Schedule by applying Industry accepted productivity factors and 1st principle estimating, resulting in a detailed plan worth $9bn AUD and 7.1 million direct labour hours.

QCLNG Narrows, Export Pipeline and Gas Facilities - Detailed DesignDuties• Project Managed the detailed design elements of two gas metering stations and 340 km of 42” high pressure gas pipeline.• Financial responsibilities and control of overhead spend, institution of cost cutting measures, gross revenue/margin and profit & loss for the projects with a Capex of $3Bn and KBR’s contract value of $50M• Managed, mentored and developed a team of 120 engineering / support staff located in Australia, USA and Indonesia.• Designed and implemented the project work breakdown structure that integrates with Primavera P6, SAP, Documentum and KBR’s proprietary Earned Value Management system.• Supervised and trained four (4) Project Controls Engineers and 2 Project Schedulers to monitor and forecast 228 engineering packages and to develop KBR’s detailed execution programme in Primavera P6.• Designed and implemented Change Control systems and procedures to increase dollar value in the original contract due to Extensions of Time and Cost Variations;• Responsible for liaising with all stakeholders to settle contract disputes related to additional engineering and construction costs due to Pipeline and Piping stress analysis and geotechnical engineering.Achievements• Through the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of a rigorous change control system, the project registered a 20% increase dollar value in the original contract due to Extensions of Time and variations.• Applied strict document control processes and employed competent and commercially focussed document controllers, to provide prompt resolution to matters of confidential settlement, commercial disputes with the client resulting to savings in the 10’s of millions $AUD.• Designed a code of accounts structure that allocated costs to approximately 240 engineering work packages, keeping track of budget expenditure enabling a final project result was above industry norms with a 32% margin.

Duties• Responsible for the operational management of project controls for the Northern Network Alliance’s (Pipeline Corridor subproject), including 50 kms of water pipeline and pumping stations with a Capex of $500M.• Prepared and integrated land acquisition, environmental planning, and government approvals timelines into a single critical path covering more than 200 properties.• Monitored and maintained consistent performance of six (6) different teams and identified trends through dashboards displaying Earned Value Management and Earned Schedule Management information.• Negotiated reprioritisation of land delivery, managed adaption to changing conditions in the construction plan and advised the Procurement team to implement recovery plans to alleviate delays.• Supervised the attainment of government approvals (local, state and National level) required to dig and install the pipeline along the right of way for over 200 properties affected by the pipeline.• Developed and implemented recovery planning on behalf of the Procurement teams and critical equipment vendors to alleviate delays in the delivery of equipment.Achievements• Developed detailed planning documentation, linking attainment of government approvals and required construction dates per property along the right of way resulting in 90% of work fronts (properties) being available to the construction teams on time.• Implemented Earned Schedule Management (ESM) via initiation and implementation of ESM techniques for the first time in KBR Australia’s history the Company adopted ESM as standard practice on its Project Controls Procedures.• Took over Fabrication and Procurement micro-planning activities for major equipment, enabling containment of delivery slippages and further able to reduce delays from estimated nine (9) months to actual three (3) months
