I have been a strategic & consultative partner for my clients for decades. The role I most enjoy with clients is being a problem solver.     I have had an ever increasing role in the Consumer/Shopper group. In July of 2022 I was given the leadership role for the Healthcare and Mid Market Practices along with those practices I had been running since early 2018 which were the Protein Practice, the BWST (Beer, Wine, Spirits, Tobacco) Practice and the practice for Dairy, Bakery and Fresh. This equated to roughly one third of the total divisional revenue and was delivered by my team of 40+ experts. This collection of Practices are in areas where data availability is much more challenging (i.e. coverage gaps) and therefore the use of data, use of IRI services and the general client adoption is much more difficult and complex. These businesses require a team of specialists who are resourceful and creative in order to deliver the types of insights that can fuel growth strategies required by these clients. I have grown this business significantly with gains of 11%, 10% and 7% for the last three years.
