Full development lifecycle of Spain’s most important online travel booking portal www.viajar.com. I was responsible for managing the technical team and reporting to the general management. I took care personally of the requirements and analysis as I joined in at the very beginning. The project was very successful. As it started up with a very limited team, was also hands-on and had to develop myself the architecture and core of the system during the two years.Numerous contacts with clients, providers, airlines, tour operators, travel distributors, banks and users.

Management of a team of 14 people, aiming at providing client support for Internet projects. This includes mostly developing the internationalized and highly customizable user interface for the online travel booking engine, which is the core business of the company, for use by airlines and travel agencies worldwide. I invented and conceived entirely the world’s very first Personal Pages server which immediately had a tremendous world-wide success. I also invented one of the first Content Management Systems. I participated in one of the world’s first e-Banking project in joint venture with the Deutsche Bank.
