- Efficiently troubleshoot under time constraints using creative solutions- Provide remote and desk side support to users- Configure HP printers and work with print queues- Effectively work with a team to provide solutions- Maintain phone systems using Cisco VOIP and Unity Voicemail CUCM- Maintain wiring for existing cat5/cat5e/fiber network and analog phone network, including re-termination of ends validating connections using a Fluke, and jumpering between patch panels/switches/routers/power injectors for POE on multiple floors- Create floor maps using Microsoft Visio illustrating network and phone layout- Use Active directory for user setup, group policy, distribution list and login script management- Work with vSphere / VMware to manage servers- File restoration and backup solutions provided through Veeam Backup- PC / MAC Imaging and software deployment using Microsoft System Center SCCM / The Casper Suite / JAMF- Configure and manage iPhone and Blackberry devices for use with Active Sync exchange services- Use Service-Now ticket management system for root cause analysis, workflow and software/hardware inventory- Research and seek out new technology to increase productivity (Software, Smartphones, Tablets). Create user training packages to assist staff with learning new products/applications

- Answer frontline support calls from customers, business and residential- Applies extensive familiarity with networks, Internet (ADSL) and phone systems (Residential POTS, Business PBX, Centrex, Key)- Strong knowledge of PC operating systems- Accurate documentation of all calls (Seibel 7, Lynx, Remedy)- Proven ability to resolve conflicts between customers and company

- Clean and troubleshoot components and parts on furnaces

- Test power poles for wood rot and treat or mark for replacement as needed- Use good directional ability to find remote work locations using maps and legal land descriptions.
