This has allowed me to build relationships with customers that rely on me to design and engineer nitrogen systems for a wide variety of applications. Working for a small company has allowed me to diversify and grow from selling a customer on a design, to managing the project through all the phases.I have been blessed to work directly with several owners of their businesses, which has allowed me to see the big picture. It has taught me to work in tandem creating solutions and optimizing direction which creates an enjoyable work place and growth. Relying solely on myself does not breed success; that is why I am not afraid to ask for help or admit when I don’t know the answer. You must surround yourself with smart like-minded people.
