As an event/sales assistant at Linganore Winecellars, I apply my interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and academic writing skills to coordinate and promote various events and activities for the winery. I have a BA in political science and a minor in environmental science from Gettysburg College, where I developed a passion for social and environmental issues. Before joining Linganore Winecellars, I worked as a marketing/events and membership manager at Catoctin Breeze Vineyard, where I managed the inventory, the website, the social media, and the membership program. I also have experience as an inventory manager at the same vineyard, where I handled the ordering, receiving, and tracking of wine and merchandise. I have over three years of experience in the wine industry, and I enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers and guests. My core competencies include event planning, marketing, customer service, and inventory management. I am always eager to learn new skills and expand my knowledge of the wine industry.
