A ten piece band that plays club shows in NJ, DE and PA and private parties from MD to NY.Chris was the founder, manager, and one of the lead vocalists for the DSB for over 800 shows, and put together a group that featured a horn section, multiple vocalists, and a diverse catalog of music.

Responsible for management of all Facilities programs (including in-house and contracted Maintenance, moves, reprographics and mail services and the Fire/Safety program for the company headquarters. Also part of move team for all major relocations and inventory and inspections of warehouse space.

Responsible for maintenance inspections & fire protection system inspections at five locations, and project coordination of certain maintenance capital projects.

Performed site surveys, estimates, bid documentation prep, plan review, project documentation follow-up, and punch and close out of multiple concurrent projects through all phases of construction. Maine to Virginia.
