I have lived in the Hilton Head Island area since 1999. I have 18 years in Food and Beverage Management with a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson and Wales University. I have served parties from 10 to 10,000 and Presidents of the United States. I found that my success in that industry could easily translate into the real estate arena with having exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Since 2003 I have focused on Hilton Head Island real estate sales, primarily those in the resort markets. In 2006 I opened a property management division to help clients manage the assets they were acquiring. Over the years I have developed a team of professionals who assist in handling just about every aspect of owning real estate on the island. In January 2020 I decided to put all of my operations under one roof. Now we have an office on the south end of Hilton Head at 62 New Orleans Road. The office is more of a show room and an office. We invite our owners and clients to come in and discuss the real estate market but also get ideas for interior design and remodeling. We help them oversee any project so that they can rest easy knowing the project is being completed to the highest of standards. We then help them with managing their asset whether its on the vacation rental market or just a second home. We have created the perfect "one stop shop" for real estate in the area. My new venture of Booking Insights stems from a relationship I have had with one of the vacation rental and real estate leading technology minds for over 15 years now. Josh Szatmari and I have combined my knowledge of the service side of the industry and his in the technology world together to form a truly innovative platform that will produce many fascinating tools and services for the vacation rental industry. Our goal is to develop tools that improve operation efficiencies and bottom line revenue.While it is all very busy but equally rewarding. We always strive to bring the best out of our people and our clients through education and support. Beyond my professional career my wife over over 20yrs Sandy and our beautiful kids Connor and Christina and our famous golden doodle Stella. Life is good, live it to the fullest!
