Chris moved his license from RE/MAX Commercial Advantage due to the changing nature of his work which included a substantial increase in the amount of residential land assembly and residential investment work. Chris has taken over the Chairman's role for the commercial division of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. The Vancouver and Fraser Valley Real Estate Boards are adopting new software behind the commercial ICX system and Chris is looking forward to providing some insights based on his previous experience. The FVREB is looking for ways to better service their commercial members and providing better quality market information will be the focus.

Chris initially started working with RE/MAX Commercial Advantage Fraser Valley in a consultancy capacity building a new CRM system and property database for the company. Chris had recently completed the conversion of Urban Suburban Realty in White Rock to Sotheby's Real Estate Canada and was looking for an opportunity to get back into commercial real estate and remain close to his home in Morgan Creek. He has now joined the group and is looking forward to establishing the company and brand as the premier commercial brokerage entity in the Fraser Valley.

Mr. Walters is working on a consulting basis with Arcestra and assists in the establishment of new solutions to better introduce the company's 3D commercial floor plans and animations.

Mr. Walters is working on the development and launch of the company's new information and marketing platform.

Chris has worked with a variety of companies assisting them in establishing best practices and in-house systems and marketing technologies.

After selling Space4lease Information Services to the Altus Group in August of 2008, Mr. Walters remained on contract with the company.

Canada

Mr. Walters founded Space4lease Information Services in late 1999 and launched the company website in early 2000. Space4lease was an experiment in establishing an open information environment within the Canadian commercial real estate community and within two years had spread across the entire country. At the time the company was sold, Space4lease tracked over 1,500,000,000 square feet of commercial inventory on a real-time basis and was the largest privately owned commercial real estate information service in the country.

Mr. Walters joined Royal LePage Commercial Inc. while still attending school at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Royal LePage Commercial was the foundation behind all future interest in real estate marketing. data, online resources and most importantly, relationships within the community.
