I led a team of business and technology professionals responsible for providing a broad spectrum of services including IT infrastructure, application management, service desk and enablement, software development, digital design, cybersecurity, business intelligence, analytics, and continuous improvement. This organization supported an array of privately owned companies in the transportation, construction, heavy equipment, mining, and aviation services industries.

Helped establish and manage a team of application administrators, developers and infrastructure specialists that provided automated services to hosted customers of Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. Had the opportunity and pleasure of managing and working with a very diverse and talented team of consultants spread across the U.S. and India.

Helped develop and implement the infrastructure hosting practices for Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP customers. Led product development of infrastructure service components including networking, security and systems administration. Helped lead the development of company consulting methodology, implementation tools, sales trainings, and marketing presentations. Managed key relationships with product partners.

Worked on a wide array of projects to help build and support a boutique private equity firm. Had the opportunity to work with some talented business strategists and leaders.

Worked as an executive assistant and cheif of staff to a business leader that was the Chairman and CEO of the company and an advisor and investor in a half dozen other Silicon Valley companies.Had the amazing opportunity to watch three dynamic and diverse company founders build a company from scratch into a $100M industry leader.

Led a team of manufacturing engineers that created engineering packages for a semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Worked closely with the VP of Manufacturing and the VP of Procurement to ensure quality and on-time delivery of manufactured products. Helped implement new ERP/MRP system and process standards. Was part of the team that helped grow company from 50 to 500+ employees.

Sold and managed the design and delivery of software packaging solutions to medium to large sized companies in Silicon Valley. Helped close some new, large accounts and became the top sales person before my departure.

I worked in many positions for Buttrey Food & Drug while in Missoula and Great Falls during high school and college, including as courtesy clerk, checker, and customer service manager. My favorite position was working as an assistant store manager on the drug side that worked evenings when the business opened 24x7.
