Owned the vision, architecture, and roll out of the Enterprise Guardian product. This will result in significant cross-functional productivity gains throughout the Company.In addition, I partnered with GE Global Operations to deliver generation two of the enterprise standard chart of accounts program across GE. This includes widespread adoption of standard accounting practices and global shared accounting systems to drive simplification and reduction of legacy processes and systems.I managed the budget for GE Digital Technology's Finance Record to Report team ensuring all financial activities throughout the year are completed on time and managed towards plan. I partner with finance and digital teams throughout GE Digital and Global Operations Finance to provide forecasts and transparency into our financials.

I led programs centered around GE Digital Finance and Global Operations. I drove the adoption of finance system enterprise standards and run related global programs. I also partnered with the Global Operations function to role out standard processes across GE's Alstom acquisition.

Developed the strategy and architected the global Cross Validation Rule (CVR) product. This product allows for the central governance and automation of GE standard accounting rules coupled with automated ERP and strategic finance system integration of these rules. Managed successful roll-outs with multiple GE businesses and horizontal systems.Partnered with all GE businesses on adoption of GE Corporate's Record to Report enterprise standard processes and financial systems. This included automated conversion of ERP charts of accounts, change management of Finance users, and global finance system landscape compliance. Led the adoption of the GE Enterprise Standard Chart of Accounts for the Central Corporate Ledger (Oracle EBS R12) through coordination of ~150 resources yielding completion of scoping, planning, design, build, testing cycles, production go-live, and post production support. CCL went live on the ES CoA in April’15 inclusive of change for ~1500 users, 46 interfacing applications, and ~2500 Company Codes.Led a 22 person contractor team focusing on new business implementation and retrofits for existing countries live on the Central Corporate Ledger (Oracle EBS R12).
