I am a firm believer in our ability to create positive change and view disruption as a catalyst for innovation.My career journey began in the early stages of a software company, where I transitioned through various roles in Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Account Management. These experiences equipped me with a deep, firsthand understanding of ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and value-based messaging, culminating in my role developing the product marketing function and team. Working together with internal leadership and private equity operators, I matured the function to leading the Go-to-Market strategy for the business, messaging, positioning and thought leadership. As Product Marketing Director, I spearheaded transformative go-to-market strategies, expanding from a single product to a multi-application platform that achieved over $100M in recurring revenue growth over 5 years. I've had the privilege of leading global product launches, implementing new pricing models, and driving cross-sell initiatives.Known as a serial entrepreneur and innovator within my organization, I thrive on launching new ventures and embrace the challenges of ambiguity and change, recognizing their role in fostering groundbreaking innovations. Beyond work, I cherish my role as a family man with two wonderful daughters who keep my wife and I happily occupied. In my leisure time, I enjoy golfing, curling, and playing baseball whenever I can find a moment to spare.
