These days, when I am not coordinating and teaching in the best Algonquin College program, Business Management and Entrepreneurship (BME - Algonquin College BME Program), I focus on making the world a better place as the Founder of Lead+Change, a social enterprise dedicated to driving positive change through authentic leadership, and ScarlettNova, a forward-thinking company empowering businesses to adopt and maximize value using artificial intelligence.I completed my Master’s of Entrepreneurship in 2019 through the Technology Innovation Management Master Program at Carleton University and hold a firm belief that learning never stops.Outside of work, I dedicate time to training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with an amazing local club, balancing personal growth with physical discipline.I take on projects that inspire me and aim to make an impact.
