I work in Process Control and Optimization in the Power and Recovery Area. Specifically on the power boilers, recovery boilers, steam systems, as well as the incoming and outgoing water treatment systems.I have control experience in: - Foxboro IA: block and graphics configuration, control strategy development and implementation. Basic network troubleshooting. - Honeywell Experion R101, R400+: system design and implementation, controller configuration, server configuration, control strategy development and implementation. HMIWeb and Graphic Builder utilities. System troubleshooting and hardware maintenance. - Rockwell Automation RSLogix: Ladder logic and AOI configuration and implementation, RSView graphics development, system troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.I have optimization experience in: - Combustion control for: dual fired hog and natural gas boilers as well as consumed air firing strategy for recovery boilers. - Steam condensate return and collection systems - Black liquor falling film and rising film evaporators and crystallizers - Green liquor density and TTA control - Water treatment clarification, filtration and UNOX systemsI have regulatory and safety experience in: - Burner Management Systems (FSSS): NCG waste gas firing, Multi-burner boilers, Recovery Boilers, and Lime Kilns. Construction and implementation done in accordance to FM Global recommendations.

I worked in Quality Assurance, specifically in the testing and grading of both incoming raw berries and outgoing final product.Testing involved following written SOPs to take a representative sample and determine the percentage of defects. The results were used for billing and quality scores.Lab work included monitoring and maintaining proper ORP levels in the wash water, periodic environmental testing for E. coli, Listeria, etc, final product testing and verification of customer specifications, as well as ensuring that proper sanitation procedures were being followed before, after and during product runs. Once the testing was complete, data was entered into the system to be used for reporting to management and customers.
