I ran the Education programme at the centre in Serres, providing support to a team of German and English teachers, both volunteers and residents of the refugee camp. This included designing a syllabus for the teachers, facilitating teacher training, and implementing quality systems for attendance tracking and lesson logging. Taught exam classes to a range of ages and abilities, while keeping accurate records of attendance and achievement. Implemented a cloud based attendance and performance tracking platform and achieved a 100% pass rate in the top level exams at the end of the year.

Taught classes to students of all ages, both original and to a syllabus. Developed a person centred approach to teaching and regularly packed out the optional classes at the end of the week.
