    Design and implementation of a solution to aggregate application, event, and IIS logs from dozens of servers and enterprise applications into a single repository. Combining NXLog, nLog and Logentries I was able extract all these logs to a common JSON format and feed them into Logentries for analysis and storage in a near real-time fashion.Championed an initiative for automated functional testing using Microsoft Test Manager, and the Coded UI Framework. Worked independently to learn the tools and technology and develop a pilot implementation. After gaining approval from management, worked with the QA team to train and transition to them.Using Team Foundation Server created numerous Continuous Integration (CI) build definitions along with PowerShell scripts to ensure all web, Compact Framework, Smart Client, Biztalk and SQL code bases are built any time a change-set is checked in.As a part of a Continuous Delivery effort to reduce cycle time and lower risk, I designed and developed a solution to automate build promotion and installation for all major applications in our enterprise, across all environments from development to production. By combining TFS, TFS Deployer and various PowerShell scripts it allows a build to be promoted by changing the quality of a build.Worked with our Biztalk Team to employ the Biztalk Deployment Framework (BTDF) to create automated, repeatable install procedures for over 40 existing applications. Doing this allowed us to reduce the install time from over four hours to under an hour.Implemented a Service Provider (SP) Initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) solution via Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Saml 2.0 to allow our customers to seamlessly access our portal applications with their credentials.

    Worked closely with our Microsoft Partners and the Microsoft Technology Center, to introduce Microsoft CRM 4.0 into our enterprise. We have since upgraded to CRM 2011 and use CRM\XRM as a platform for developing new line of business applications and data services.Collaborated with a large field force user base to design and develop a multithreaded, smart client application and its supporting services. This application facilitates the metadata management, compression and transmission of photos taken by the field force to our back end systems.Designed and help develop a portal product for our client, that allowed them to manage inspection services for their dealers. Our team used MVC 4.0 and the “Code First” Entity Framework to produce this site from start to production in just a few months. Using this combination of technologies allowed several teams to work simultaneously on the project with little overlap.
