Interfaced with Program and Project Managers, National Laboratory Subject Matter Experts, when necessary, in program and project planning, execution and management. Responsible for defining and management of technical and administrative work scope and providing technical guidance for PM support to MSTS programs. Responsible for providing overall program portfolio management, planning, financial controls and technical support for assigned programs.
