I am the co-founder and Director of Advance Consulting Engineers and have significant experience working on projects across the UK with emphasis on the South West, particularly within the residential sector. My technical experience includes the design and management of residential developments, defence schemes, education, public realm, industrial, commercial, and mixed use projects.I am a talented Civil Engineer with 20 years experience with my primary discipline being Civil/Infrastructure Engineering. I am an Incorporated Engineer (MICE).I have extensive multi-disciplinary engineering experience for residential projects in the South West region - covering all engineering disciplines involved in delivery from pre-planning through to construction. In addition to experience designing access roads, drainage, car parks, site/plot levels, statutory services and SUDS design, I have significant knowledge delivering upfront advice for developments relating to planning support, flood risk, drainage strategy and highway design. I am keen to get involved at the earliest stages of development.I have a strong knowledge of legal agreements and planning processes relating to construction projects, in particular S38, S278. S98, S185 & S104 Agreements.
