I have operated hundreds of times, both at the scene in a hands on capacity, working individually as a first responder or side by side with teams; just as much as directing teams and coordinating response as a Command & Controller or Chief Warden. Ive overseen the security operations, process improvement, team leadership, and workplace health and safety measures for one of the largest and most prestigious entertainment venues in Australia.
