With 29 years of experience in the security and safety industry, I have extensive experience in incident and emergency management. I have operated hundreds of times, both at the scene in a hands on capacity, working individually as a first responder or side by side with teams; just as much as directing teams and coordinating response as a Command & Controller or Chief Warden. Ive overseen the security operations, process improvement, team leadership, and workplace health and safety measures for one of the largest and most prestigious entertainment venues in Australia. I am passionate about supporting others, improving efficiencies and streamlining business functionality, while creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.I have a proven track record of leading, training and mentoring a diverse and high-performing security team, collaborating with various stakeholders and industry professionals, to deliver solutions, that solve complex problems and enhance business outcomes.
