International Markets Scope: Africa, Europe, Eurasia, LATAM (Brazil, Chile & Uruguay) and Asia (Singapore, China, Japan and South Korea) HR Manager / HR Business Partner to a cross-cultural International Leadership team, covering multiple geographies with an ever expanding scope. HR focal point and senior HR Business Partner to the Senior Director and Executive team of BRF's International markets, responsible for leading a multi-cultural International markets HR team (based in Santiago, Vienna and Singapore), as well as, the People strategy throughout each region in close alignment with the business direction, ensuring a consistent People approach ; includes relevant organizational design/redesign initiatives, and focused HR Talent Management interventions, several complex employee relations issues, as well as, leading the full Employee Experience and Lifecycle across several countries.Spent 8 months at BRF's production facility in the Netherlands to deliver a People reorganization and integration project which was successfully delivered. Seconded to BRF's offices in Vienna, Austria from Oct '17, to Sept '19 to lead the People front of a complicated, multi-country divestiture process across Europe and the UK, which was successfully delivered.
