As the Executive Director of BILD Central Alberta, I lead a nonprofit organization that represents the interests and values of the residential building industry in our region. Members of BILD include home builders, land developers, renovators, trades, contractors, designers, and others who are involved in residential construction. I have over four years of experience in managing membership and community relations for the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce, where I developed strong communication and networking skills, and supported the growth and success of local businesses.My mission is to make our community an inclusive place for all to appreciate where they live, work, and raise their families. I use my knowledge and connections to serve on various boards and committees, and to collaborate with stakeholders from the public and private sectors. My strong and cheerful communication skills allow me to be very effective in building relationships which I utilized to be a connector to help businesses and people grow their own networks. I am passionate about learning new skills and exceeding expectations, and I am always motivated to face new challenges and opportunities. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, and pursuing hobbies such as travelling, golfing, and snowboarding.
