- Utilized SAP, SNC and Agile to manage over 600 finished good components from 14 domestic and international vendors sending goods to our 2 production facilities in North America- Created standard work manual for incoming planners in order to simplify training and ensure cohesive processes across all material planning positions- Maintained safety stock levels to ensure all finished good builds happened on time regardless ofpotential inventory issues such as damaged or lost components- Communicated through internal departments to improve change implementation management (CIM) to phase out components efficiently and reduce scrap rates- Managed all store display materials for customers including Costco, Target, and Walmart for Oral Health Care, Mother & Child Care, and Personal Care/Shave- Generated KPI’s to track improvement of problem areas such as past-due shipments, amount of cancelled builds per week, and types of components delaying the completion of builds- Monitored and participated in the implementation of 40+ new Sonicare product launches- Assisted in the pre-launch SAP system testing to ensure all transactions worked correctly and improved our everyday processes
